About me
Recently retired, I live in the Midwest, and have always been a writer. My career was mostly in local government and leader development.
I studied government and history at the University of Kansas. I completed a variety of leadership programs, and later taught leader development, community service and strategic planning.
Films, music and books are my rocket fuel. While my main love is classic rock, I appreciate R&B, blues, jazz, ambient, classic country, New Age and even disco.
I read 4-5 books a month, mostly mystery fiction, nonfiction history and biographical. I visit the public library almost daily, where I breathe in the smell of knowledge. I can be seen working on a blog there.
Watching old films is how I energize. The 1960s and 1970s are my favorite film decades, but I time travel to any decade for entertainment.
