When I Look Into Your Eyes

There’s mystery in your history

Too much attraction to resist reaction

Gracious but dangerously flirtatious

Your scent is my torment

We talk, then in a laugh you mock

Something I said, my face turns brick red

The dawn’s light is the ending night

Much sharing, it’s about caring

The stars dance, I saw them in my trance

They were glimmering or maybe shimmering

As my mind raced, and you chased

You easily caught me, viewing me in 3-D

Deep in this dream, floating downstream

A radiant smile, measured by a sundial

Will this feeling last, before joining the past

When I close my eyes, I look into your eyes
